7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.
Claims must include the order number and, where applicable, clear photos of the parcel and contents.
Minor cosmetic damage to outer packaging does not qualify as shipping damage (see Refund Policy).
